Request for Qualifications
Site Prep and Utilities Installation for
HNFD Station 44

Notice is hereby given that the Holley-Navarre Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners is calling for and requesting for qualifications from qualified contractors to provide site prep and utilities installation prior to the construction of Station 44, 3933 Highway 87 South, Navarre, 32566.
All proposals shall be considered in accordance with the Florida Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act (F.S. 287.055).

All proposals must be in writing and delivered by hand, overnight courier service, or US Mail to the Holley-Navarre Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners, 8618 Esplanade Street, Navarre, FL 32566, and must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST, October 23, 2023; sealed proposals will be publicly opened October 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. E-mailed bid responses will be rejected. Only bids received by the afore-mentioned time, date, and location will be considered. All proposals shall be sealed and clearly labeled, “RFQ 23-01, Site Prep and Utilities Installation for HNFD Station 44”. Submittals shall include one (1) original proposal, labeled “ORIGINAL”, and one (1) copy labeled “COPY” and one (1) electronic file in OCR (readable) PDF format.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at the HNFD meeting room – 8618 Esplanade St, Navarre, FL 32566. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend.

NOTICE OF SALE
The following vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder to satisfy the lien on the vehicle for towing and storage fees owed. The sale will be held 10:00 am (cst) on October 18th, 2023 at JR’S Paint & Body, Inc., 5933 Graham Lane, Milton in Santa Rosa County in the State of Florida. If the owner cares to recover said vehicle they may bring the amount of the charges in cash only before the date and time of sale to JR’S Paint & Body and the vehicle will be surrendered to them.
