NOTICE OF ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION
The Santa Rosa County School Board will conduct an attorney-client session during its regularly-scheduled Board meeting on Thursday, February 10, 2022, in the School Board Meeting Room to discuss pending litigation in accordance with Florida Statute Section 286.011(8).
At approximately 6:45 p.m., following the public forum during its regularly-scheduled Board meeting, the Board meeting shall be recessed and Chairperson Wei Ueberschaer, Vice-Chairperson Linda Sanborn, Board Member Charles Elliott, Board Member Elizabeth Hewey, Board Member Carol Boston, School Board Attorney Terry Harmon, Special Counsel Greg Stewart, and Superintendent Dr. Karen Barber, and a certified court reporter will meet in private to discuss Home Builders Association of West Florida, Inc. vs. The Board of County Commissioners, Santa Rosa County, Florida, and the School Board of Santa Rosa County, Florida (Case No. 2020-CA-00201), currently pending in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida. The discussions in this session shall be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. The session will be recorded by a certified court reporter and held in a room separate from the School Board Meeting Room. The meeting will last approximately thirty (30) minutes.
Immediately following the conclusion of the attorney-client session, the Board will reconvene its regularly-scheduled Board meeting in the School Board Meeting Room and, if necessary, take action on this matter. Chairperson Ueberschaer will announce the termination of the attorney-client session. The Santa Rosa School District Meeting Room is located at 5086 Canal Street, Milton, Florida 32570.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The School Board of Santa Rosa County, Florida, will conduct a public Board meeting on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Canal Street Offices, 5086 Canal Street, Milton, FL 32570 at 6:30 p.m.
The public can participate by attending the meetings in-person or by watching the meetings via-live stream at http://santarosacountysdfl.swagit.com/live. Those desiring to provide public comment may do so in-person or by submitting comments, physical evidence, or other evidence to the following email address DOC@santarosa.k12.fl.us, and placing “Public Comment” in the subject line of the email message, or by mailing comments or evidence to Superintendent Dr. Karen Barber at 6032 Hwy. 90, Milton Fl 32570. All emails and other communications and evidence received by 4:00 pm CST on February 9, 2022 will be provided to Board Members in advance of the meeting and will be posted on the Board’s website along with the minutes of the Board Meeting. The public is advised that all comments and evidence received will be public records.

Bids for the Fox Den LS44 Pump Replacement project for Holley-Navarre Water System, Inc., HNWS Project No. 9-0030-30-012-22, will be received via e-mail at csnyder@hnws-fl.com until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, February 18, 2022. The project consists of the furnishing of one (1) pump as well as providing a full pump start up when the work is completed. Questions should be directed to Cory M.
