THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA

NOTICE OF WORKSHOP AND PUBLIC MEETING

The School Board of Santa Rosa County, Florida, hereby gives notice that it will conduct a public workshop regarding Five Year Facility Plan on June 16, 2022, at Central School located at 6180 Central School Road, Milton FL 32570 at 8:00 am.

The School Board of Santa Rosa County, Florida, will also conduct a public Board meeting on June 16, 2022, at Central School located at 6180 Central School Road, Milton FL 32570 at 9:00 am.

Immediately following the regular Board meeting, there will be a Financial Workshop.

The public can participate by attending the meetings in-person or by watching the meetings via-live stream at http://santarosacountysdfl.swagit.com/live. Those desiring to provide public comment may do so in-person or by submitting comments, physical evidence, or other evidence to the following email address DOC@santarosa.k12.fl.us, and placing “Public Comment” in the subject line of the email message, or by mailing comments or evidence to Superintendent Dr. Karen Barber at 6032 Hwy. 90, Milton Fl 32570. All emails and other communications and evidence received by 4:00 pm CST on June 15, 2022 will be provided to Board Members in advance of the meeting and will be posted on the Board’s website along with the minutes of the Board Meeting. The public is advised that all comments and evidence received will be public records.

Sealed Bids Will Be Received From Pre-qualified General Contractors By The Santa Rosa County School Board, At The Office Of The Assistant Superintendent For Administrative Services, 6544 Firehouse Road, Upstairs Conference Room (Maintenance Building) (850) 983-5123, Milton, Florida, Until 2:00 PM, Local Time, TUESDAY, June 7, 2022, At Which Time And Place All Bids Will Be Publicly Opened And Read Aloud, For The Construction Of “PEA RIDGE ELEM - KITCHEN RENOVATION” For The School Board Of Santa Rosa County, Florida. Any Bids Received After Closing Will Be Returned Unopened.

All contractors for educational facilities are hereby notified that to be eligible to bid on school projects they must be pre-qualified. Contact the Board at the above address for information on pre-qualifying.

Contractors may obtain Sets of Printed Documents (drawings and specifications) at their cost from Bay Area Printing and Graphics Solution, 700 S.
