NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure sale entered on March 12, 2021 and entered in Case No. 2019-CA-000529 in the Circuit Court of the 1st Judicial Circuit in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF MFRA TRUST 2014-2, is Plaintiff, and BRIAN J. OLSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN J. OLSON; DISCOVER BANK; HOLLEY BY THE SEA IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The clerk of the court, Donald Spencer, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://santarosa.realforeclose.com on April 19, 2021 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 18, HOLLEY BY THE SEA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK B, PAGE 155, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1932 IRIS LANE, NAVARRE, FL 32566
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
