SALOMONE A/K/A MANNY SALOMONE; JENNIFER SALOMONE; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSEST-BACKED CERTICATES, SERIES 2006-S5; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BERNARD BACULI, are the Defendants. The clerk of the court, Donald Spencer, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://santarosa.realforeclose.com on December 22, 2020 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
