The attorney representing the Navarre Beach Leaseholders and Residents Association’s (NBRLA) is filing a motion in the Supreme Court seeking clarification of its March 20 ruling. NBLRA President Linda Coley provided Navarre Press with a copy of a letter from attorney Danny Kepner addressed to the leaseholder’s Liaison Committee.
