Members of Citizens to Incorporate Navarre spent Friday and Saturday at Fun Fest talking to local residents about the need to for Navarre to become a city. The group also collected more than 400 signatures from local residents who are behind the group’s effort to get a non-binding straw poll on the Aug. 26 primary election ballot.
