Hotel construction to start June 15

Construction of a new seven-story hotel on Navarre Beach is planned to start June 15, Santa Rosa County Building official Rhonda Royals said
SpringHill Suites, a Marriott-family hotel, will replace the former Holiday Inn, which was razed following Hurricane Ivan in 2004.
