Halloween can scare the yelp out of our pets

Pumpkins, masks and costumes have been on display in area stores for some time now. It is Halloween season, a time when we welcome ghosts, goblins and the haunting holiday itself. What some pet owners do not welcome is the fear of dealing with “spooked dogs” and “scaredy cats.”
