Open seven days a week, Emerald Waterfront serves lunch daily from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and dinner starting at 3 p.m., with an early-bird menu from 3–5 p.m. Lunch guests can enjoy a variety of handhelds, salads, steak burgers and signature Bayou Bowls, while dinner brings larger, chef-inspired entrées crafted with care.

The menu celebrates fresh, locally caught seafood— Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, Snapper, oysters, shrimp, and crab—as well as premium beef sourced from family farms across the Midwest that practice humane and sustainable farming. Each dish reflects Chef Nick’s passion for bold flavor and Southern-coastal flair.

Behind the scenes, more than 70 local team members keep the restaurant running smoothly. “We’re proud to be one of the largest employers in Navarre,” says Chef Nick. “Our success comes from the dedication and hard work of our amazing staff.”

Be on the lookout for a new Local’s Hideout with a bar on the east side of the back patio, overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound. The team is currently remodeling the area and putting a new draft beer system in place. They also plan to serve fresh oysters here once complete.
