According to a Florida Highway Patrol report, Jason Linwood Floyd, Jr., age 20 of Milton, was driving his Ford F-150 south in the outside lane of Pensacola Beach Road (SR 399) around 7:15 p.m. Saturday and was approaching Quietwater Beach Road.
