Goldring Gulf Distributing makes offer to buy county land

On the heels of the good news that Priton Homes has begun hiring in Santa Rosa Industrial Park, Santa Rosa County commissioners approved the sale of a 35-acre parcel located on East Milton Road for a reduced price of $20,000 per acre to Goldring Gulf Distributing, LLC, a business which had been code-named Project Gold Rush by the Santa Rosa Economic Development Office.
