Former Wal-Mart pharmacist has license suspended

The State Department of Health May 11 issued an emergency license suspension for a former Gulf Breeze Wal-Mart pharmacist who last year was arrested on charges related to stealing pills, forging prescriptions and fraudulently billing an insurance company.
