He was sentenced to a reduction in rank to E-1, a dishonorable discharge, 10 years of confinement for producing child pornography and two years of confinement each for the offenses of indecent recording, possessing child pornography and viewing child pornography. Those sentences will run concurrently. The sentencing followed a general court-martial trial by a judge at Hurlburt Field, Florida, Sept. 14-17, 2026.
The offenses were committed on or near Hurlburt Field against one victim. The Department of the Air Force Office of Special Trial Counsel preferred and referred the charges to a general court-martial and served as lead counsel for the United States during the trial.
Green was acquitted of obstructing justice.
