Monday – Friday, guests can enjoy Happy Hour from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., featuring half-priced appetizers at the bar from 4–6 p.m. Favorites include Boom-Boom Shrimp, Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp, Mushrooms, and Spinach & Artichoke Crab Dip—each one bursting with flavor. Open seven days a week, Emerald Waterfront serves lunch daily from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and dinner starting at 3 p.m., with an early-bird menu from 3–5 p.m. Lunch guests can enjoy a variety of handhelds, salads, steak burgers and signature Bayou Bowls, while dinner brings larger, chef-inspired entrées crafted with care.
The menu celebrates fresh, locally caught seafood—Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Amberjack, Snapper, oysters, shrimp, and crab—as well as premium beef sourced from family farms across the Midwest that practice humane and sustainable farming.
