I found it interesting when Jennifer Dantin mentioned some kids had never played in dirt in the adjacent article. While it seems hard to believe, it really isn’t. The world we live in these days is very clean and very busy. I was reminded, however, of a practice I heard about a few years ago that blew my mind.
