East Bay Blvd. motorcycle clubhouse shuts down, new owner takes over property
A motorcycle clubhouse on East Bay Blvd. has closed following the Nov. 1 purchase of the building (and the property it sits on). The property was purchased by Sunscape Investments LLC from Anthony Weathers for $395,000.
The Southern Saints Motorcycle Club, which is affiliated with the Outlaws Motorcycle Club, has moved away from their clubhouse on East Bay Blvd. The property came under new ownership in November 2023.
