Drivers bring fresh direction to Graze Craze
Graze Craze in Gulf Breeze is under new ownership, as Sarah Beth and David Driver step into the local charcuterie business with a focus on family, quality and community connection.

The Drivers, who live in Milton and have been part of the greater Pensacola area for nearly 11 years, officially took over the Gulf Breeze location earlier this year. The couple also plans to expand, with a second Graze Craze location in Pensacola expected to open later this month.
“We’ve always wanted to own a business together,” Sarah Beth Driver said. “Something we could do as a family and something that connects us to the community.”
Graze Craze specializes in charcuterie boards featuring meats, cheeses, fruits and specialty items arranged in an elevated, artistic presentation. The concept, Sarah Beth said, turns everyday food into something memorable.
“It’s been fun learning to see the beauty in something ordinary,” she said. “People eat these foods all the time, but when you present them a certain way, it creates an experience.”
David Driver brings more than 20 years of food service experience through his ongoing managerial role with Chick-fil-A. He said the move into charcuterie felt like a natural extension of his passion for hospitality.
“Food is an easy way to connect with people,” David said. “Everybody eats, and this gives us another way to serve people at a high level with a quality product.”
Sarah Beth’s background includes work in the dental field, followed by roles in human resources and marketing. After time as a stay-at-home mom homeschooling their children, she now leads much of the creative side of the business.
The couple’s children, Lucas, 12, and Sadie, 9, are already involved, helping assemble orders and learning responsibility along the way.
“That’s been one of the most rewarding parts,” David said. “They’re getting to be part of it and see what it means to work hard.”
The opportunity to purchase the Gulf Breeze location came after Graze Craze’s corporate team connected with David through LinkedIn.
“They reached out about a year ago, and it just kind of grew from there,” Sarah Beth said. “When the Gulf Breeze store became available, it felt like the right fit.”
The Drivers said the transition from previous ownership has been smooth and positive.
Looking ahead, they hope to grow the business while staying rooted in local involvement, including participating in community events and finding ways to give back. The Drivers are hoping to expand to Pensacola later this month.
“We want this to be more than just a business,” Sarah Beth said. “We want it to be something that gives back.”
Faith plays a central role in how the Drivers approach both life and business. The couple said their decision to step into ownership came with uncertainty, but they’ve relied on trust in God throughout the process.
“There’s a lot of unknown when you start something like this,” David said. “But we trust that it’s all going to come together the way it’s supposed to.”
Sarah Beth said the experience has strengthened their perspective.
“It’s learning to trust even when you can’t see the full picture yet,” she said. “That’s been a big part of this journey for us.”
