District furlough plans hold up contract negotiations
After 10 negotiation sessions, representatives from Santa Rosa Professional Educators (SRPE), the county’s teachers’ union, and Santa Rosa County Board officials have finally made some progress toward renewing a three-year teachers’ contract.
