Navarre may soon get a new restaurant.
A developer has submitted plans to bring a Chipotle, the popular Mexican food restaurant chain, to Navarre on Mikajack Ave., which is part of the Elevate Navarre development.
The new hotel will be built next door to Elevate Navarre.
