Deputies commandeer pontoon boat to arrest swimming, fleeing suspect
A 36-year-old man who tried to swim away from Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office deputies was captured when the officers commandeered a pontoon boat and took him into custody in the middle of the Santa Rosa Sound.
