County staffers attend flood mitigation workshop

The Florida Association of Counties hosted a FEMA flood mitigation workshop June 17 in Milton. Santa Rosa County staff members attended along with two representatives from Bay County. Attendees received an overview of federal programs aimed to reduce potential flood damages and lower flood insurance premiums and other related information.
