County rejected 2007 state stormwater mitigation funding
Following last summer’s exposure of significant drainage issues in the Holley By The Sea (HBTS) area, Navarre resident Laurie Gallup discovered Santa Rosa County was offered but ultimately didn’t accept state stormwater mitigation funding in 2007.
