Towing the cars of TC’s Front Porch patrons who park across the street from the restaurant will be stopped based on county policy, at least on the county-owned right of way.
Business owners along Prado Street and Esplanade Street, where county right of way extends farther than on other streets, have been told to remove their signs from the right of way as tensions over parking continue to simmer between Soundview Plaza property manager Brenda Barre and TC’s Front Porch owner Bob Benaquis.
“I have been directed to be tell them to remove all the signs from the right of way,” said Randy Jones of county Code Enforcement.
