Counties rally together in Tallahassee

“I have good news,” said Santa Rosa County Commissioner Jim Melvin regarding his trip to Tallahassee for the Florida Association of Counties Legislative Days on April 3-5. “The Sovereign Immunity Bill has gone away. All 67 counties reared up and really roared. It’s dead and never coming back.”
