Commissioners Eddington, Smith receive commissioner leadership designations
Santa Rosa County Commissioners Ray Eddington and Kerry Smith have recently achieved designations for a commissioner leadership program. Eddington, who represents District 4 (Holley, Navarre, and Navarre Beach), received the Advanced County Commissioner Level I designation.
