Santa Rosa County District 4 commissioner Dave Piech is putting forth a plan to fellow commissioners Monday at the committee meeting to put 545 acres of natural land in Navarre into conservation in perpetuity. Two of the three parcels back up to the Eglin reservation, providing a buffer from the military base and the third backs up to the Navarre soccer complex.
