As the sunken boat near Juana’s continues to sink into the Santa Rosa Sound, the issue of its removal will now float into the courthouse, as the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has issued a citation to the boat’s owner.
The sunken boat at Juana’s on Navarre Beach was raised on Sunday by the owner and his son. However, despite the efforts, the boat sank again on Monday.
