Charges dropped against Ty Jenkins in Navarre shooting

According to State Attorney Bill Eddin’s office, aggravated assault charges with attempt to kill and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon have been dropped against 17-year-old Ty Jenkins for the Dec. 11 shooting at Tom Thumb located on Laredo Street.
