Branch Properties announces opening of Wynnehaven Plaza
Branch Properties, the Atlanta-based real estate investment and development firm overseeing several developments in the Navarre area, has announced that Wynnehaven Plaza is now officially open for business.
The plaza is a 57,750 square foot shopping center. It is anchored by a 48,387 square foot Publix supermarket, which held its grand opening March 8. The property is 100% pre-leased as of earlier this year.
Branch Properties, which oversees several Santa Rosa County developments, has announced the opening of Wynnhaven Plaza in Navarre.
