A judge earlier this month more than doubled the bond set for a Navarre man charged with two counts of attempted aggravated murder. According to Santa Rosa County court records, Judge John L. Miller ruled on a motion filed by the State Attorney’s Office and set bond at $2.5 million for 41-year-old Normond L. Hale. He remains in the Santa Rosa County Jail.
