Santa Rosa County Tax Collector Stan Colie Nichols and Property Appraiser Greg Brown appeared Oct. 20 before county commissioners, recommending the board gather more details before engaging in a proposed agreement with the Florida Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Funding Agency.
