Bicycling shoplifter accused of taking shoes, mess kit from Walmart
A 49-year-old Navarre man was arrested more than a year after allegedly taking two pairs of shoes and a mess kit from Walmart without paying for the items. According to his Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office arrest report, the man rode his bike to the store and was later caught outside with two pairs of shoes – in two different sizes – as well as a five-piece mess kit.
