Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Fraud Alert to the public on Aron Carrillo Jimenez and his company, Tres Carrillos LLC. Carrillo, 34, has been charged with grand theft, two counts of contracting without a license and failing to obtain building permits throughout the Florida Panhandle, Alabama and Louisiana.

Armstrong was the first to step out onto the moon’s surface. During his moonwalk, Armstrong said, “That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”

Happy Joe’s Pizza and Ice Cream is looking to open in September, according to the restaurant’s owner.

Jen Harding, and her husband, Jeff, have been working to develop the restaurant in Navarre for the past few years. The 5,400 square foot restaurant, which will be located on two acres along Highway 87 S north of the High School Blvd. intersection, broke ground on Jan. 5.
