A year ago, Quentin Randolph was on a Vegas Knight Hawks team that won only five games.


Randolph and the Knight Hawks are in a much different position in 2024, having already surpassed their win total from a year ago.

Pace swim coach Amy Wolfenden passed away Sunday while at a triathlon in Birmingham.


Wolfenden, a dean at Wallace Lake K-8 School, has been working in the Santa Rosa County School system since 2007 and has been coaching at Pace since 2013.

Chelsi Kania has stepped down as the head coach of Navarre’s softball team.


This past season was Kania’s first as the head coach after serving as an assistant the previous year.

Quentin Randolph has taken a different approach to his third season in the Indoor Football League.


Yes, he still wants to make plays and fill a stat sheet. After all, Randolph has always been a productive guy on the football field.

Darius Cunningham Jr. was one of the area’s best basketball players this past season.
