A new era is ahead for the high school postseason.


The FHSAA Board of Directors voted unanimously on June 9 to approve an open division playoff, featuring the top eight teams regardless of classification. The traditional regional playoffs will continue on as well.

Navarre alum Anakah (Madril) Evangelista helped her team in Albania win a league championship in late May.
