Navarre’s softball team is still searching for its first win of the season.

Zac Preston has been thinking about stepping down as the head coach of the Navarre High School boys soccer team for nearly fourth months.

Several members of Navarre High School’s boys soccer team were honored for their accomplishments during the season at a Feb. 10. banquet. The Raiders finished 17-3-4, winning a district tourney championship for the first time since the 2003-04 season. Navarre’s stellar season ended in a regional semifinal loss to Lincoln.

When Matt Cronin started playing baseball, he wasn’t a pitcher.

The man credited with starting Navarre High School’s baseball program was recognized and thanked prior to the Raiders’ game against Choctaw Feb. 21.
