Lady Raider weightlifting, the dynasty continues
Walking into the Raider weight room, the first thing you notice is a large white board documenting the girls’ weightlifting accomplishments. Since 2008, they are undefeated during the regular season and captured 10 straight district titles. During that period, they have won eight sectional championships and were the state runner-up five times. In 2013 and 2015 they won the state championship. Also on display are the five state runner-up trophies and two state championship trophies. Below the team accomplishments, eight Raider individual state champions are identified.
