4 Raider football players distinguished as All-State selections
Navarre senior defensive back Michael Sandle was named a first-team 6A All-State selection on Wednesday. Sandle was one of four Raiders to earn all-state honors. The players were selected by newspaper editors and reporters in Florida.

After completing its best regular season in school history with an 18-2-2 record, Navarre’s girls soccer team won its first district title, edging Niceville 5-4 in a game decided by penalty kicks. Tori Martino scored the game-winning penalty kick.Lady Raider lifters pound Gulf Breeze, 78 – 11
The Raiders won every first place and all but one second place with a match against Gulf Breeze held at home on Dec. 16. The final score was Navarre 78, Gulf Breeze 11.
