NHS Wahoos finish season in Panama City district meet

The Navarre High School Wahoos competed in the 2014 FHSAA Regional Swimming and Diving district meet Oct. 31 at Mosley High School in Panama City Beach. The men’s team ranked No. 21 while the women’s team finished ranked at No. 20. Dakota Middleton set a personal record in the Boys 50 Free event with a time of 23:35. Raiders fall to Niceville

In a contest between two evenly matched teams, the outcome is usually determined by the team that makes the most big plays or the fewest mistakes. Last Friday night at Eagle Stadium, Niceville made a few more plays and took advantage of a crucial Raider turnover. As a result, the Raiders suffered their first loss of the season at the hands of the third ranked Eagles.

Scoreboard not functioning

The coaches, players, and fans of the visiting Fort Walton Beach Vikings were probably happy that the scoreboard wasn’t functioning so that they were not constantly reminded of how quickly the host team was racking up points. Pre-season kickoff
