Navarre opens swim season against rival Gulf Breeze
Navarre didn’t win its season-opening swim meet against Gulf Breeze Monday at the Pullam YMCA, but the Raiders did produce some strong performances.
Among them were first place finishes by Zoe Miller, Lily Byard, Ayven Fields and Tyler Lewis on a hot and sunny afternoon at the Raiders’ home pool.

Branden Heinke’s anxiety disorder reached a point last summer where he admits he probably wasn’t any better off than someone in a psych ward.

Gold medal Raider
Emily (Madril) Sams has always wanted to win a gold medal at the Olympics. She no longer has to dream about it after the United States Women’s National Soccer team defeated Brazil 1-0 last Saturday at the Paris Olympics to claim the gold medal for the first time since 2012.
