Raider soccer camp set for June
Navarre’s girls soccer team is hosting its summer camp June 13-16 at the Navarre Soccer Complex.
The camp is open to boys and girls ages 4-13 and will focus on learning basic skills through the use of fun drills and exercises.

As the pandemic ramped up in March of 2020, forcing a shutdown of the nation, the lights went out on Quentin Randolph’s dream of playing football beyond college.
His pro day at Florida A&M, where 15-16 NFL scouts were expected to be on hand, had been canceled. That meant the former Navarre and University of West Florida wide receiver, now living on his own, knew he had to literally still keep the lights on even if the lights had dimmed on his dream.

Navarre’s softball team sees season end in district tournament
At the end of her post-game talk with the team late last Tuesday evening in the outfield of Hensley Stadium, Navarre head softball coach Kelly Hayes opened the floor up to Caitlin Tilton, the lone senior.

Blue Wahoos Notebook: Lindgren sharp in return to Pensacola
Jeff Lindgren returned to Pensacola earlier this month after a stint with Triple-A Jacksonville and looked sharp despite a 6-3 loss to the Mississippi Braves.
Lindgren went six innings and struck out six. He gave up two runs on three hits as the Blue Wahoos wrapped up their two-week road swing with a 6-6 record.
Five Navarre Raiders punch ticket to state
Rachel Leggett was the state runner-up a year ago in the high jump. On Saturday in Gainesville, she’ll take aim at a championship.
Leggett is one of five Navarre Raiders who qualified for the 4A state track meet this weekend at the University of Florida.
