A trip to Tallahassee is ahead for the Navarre football team and the Raiders are hoping to get back on track after a tough game last Friday night.

Navarre is coming off a 39-9-loss to state-ranked Pine Forest, the 2021 6A state runner-up, and now turns its attention to non-district game against Rickards at 7 p.m. EST.

Quentin Randolph just wanted a chance to play football. The Indoor Football League provided it, and the former Navarre Raider and University of West Florida standout made the most of it.

Randolph earned all-rookie team honors in the league with the Northern Arizona Wranglers and played a pivotal role in their run to a turnaround season and league championship.

Marisa Turner recorded the top time for Navarre’s girls cross-country team at Saturday’s Patriot Invitational Saturday morning in Pace.

Turner crossed the finish line in 23:50.80, good enough for 32nd overall, to pave the way for the Raiders. Gavin Anthony  had the top boys time for Navarre, placing 22nd with a time of 18:50.20.
