Three men arrested after a short vehicle pursuit
A Navarre man and two others were arrested last Sunday following a short vehicle pursuit through Navarre roadways, and the search for another man who took off on foot continues. The men were arrested following a traffic stop that identified the vehicle as stolen.

Santa Rosa looking to crack down on ‘snipe’ signs
Santa Rosa County Public Services Director Tony Gomillion has been exploring the use of an automatic calling system which would allow residents to call in complaints about “snipe” signs – nuisance signs which are often placed in the ground at major intersections. Gomillion informed commissioners of the planned purchase of such a system at its meeting last Thursday.

Navarre woman caught in forgery, theft scheme
A Navarre woman who was trusted with money for a nonprofit organization has been charged with larceny by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office after it was discovered that she had been stealing money from the Friends of the Mary Esther Library.
