Navarre man facing child abuse, drug charges
Marshall Shawn Dean, 36, of the 7500 block of Blackjack Circle, was arrested Feb. 26 on first-degree felony charges of aggravated child abuse and possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school grounds, and a third-degree felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
