No charges in fatal Escambia Jail explosion
First Judicial Circuit State Attorney Bill Eddins Nov. 20 announced that a grand jury did not find sufficient evidence for criminal charges related to an April 2014 natural gas explosion at Escambia County Jail which killed two inmates.

ATM robbery
Shortly after midnight Nov. 24, Santa Rosa County deputies nabbed four burglary suspects at the Eglin Federal Credit Union, located at 8540 Navarre Parkway. Officers and SWAT team members responded to an alarm activation and found three suspects inside the building. One driver was also taken into custody.
