Summit Drive arson investigation ongoing
In the early morning hours of June 7, firefighters responded to a fully involved fire at 7057 Summit Drive in Holley by the Sea. According to Holley-Navarre Fire District Chief Ron Norton, the 2,600 square-foot home was a total loss.

The Osprey Landing neighborhood
Hurlburt Field, Fla. – Corvias Military Living, the military housing division of Corvias Group, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 29 to celebrate the completion of construction on the first Osprey Landing neighborhood homes at Hurlburt Field. These homes are the first to be built by Corvias in the Air Force’s Continental Group, a collection of six installations across the country.

Navarre NJROTC cadets test endurance in mud run
The Navarre High NJROTC cadets recently competed in their first mud run. The SEABEE VOLKSLAUF run was held in Gulfport, Miss., with approximately 1,000 runners. This is the first time our Area 8 Manager made this event competitive for his NJROTC units said Master Chief Ethridge the unit’s Naval Science Instructor.
