Weeding the garden
I’ve battled anxiety for most of my adult life. My brain is super hyperactive. It thinks a mile a minute, it plans and replans before I even know what we’re doing. As in the popular movie franchise, I definitely think this hyperactivity can be used for good or for bad. If I do not specifically focus it toward good–toward the light–it will do its own thing and it will go to the dark side.

A step up from your average 5K, the Delta Life Games will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 8 at the Perdido Key location.
