A Navarre teen, James Taylor, 18, and his accomplice Tristan Turner, 17, were arrested Nov. 30 in Milton on various felony charges including using a weapon in the commission of a felony, intent to sell marijuana and larceny.

Like a puzzle, shrapnel blasted in every direction can be pieced together to uncover the mode of detonation.
