Superfood. That word gets tossed around quite a bit, doesn’t it? It almost seems as if it’s applied to every food these days, in fact. I used to roll my eyes at the term because I believed that these foods aren’t so much super as they are just actually what we were supposed to be eating in the first place! So, no they don’t “reduce the chances of cancer,” they just don’t CAUSE cancer like so many of our food-like products do these days.
