Changing body image
If you’re a woman, bring to mind a woman whose body represents goals you have in health and fitness. If you’re a man, bring to mind a man whole body represents goals you have in health and fitness. What’s amazing about the exercise is even though we are all bombarded by different images in the media, at our local gym and certainly at our local beach, we all probably have very different images of the ideal body.
